The Court of Common Council has voted a reward of five thousand pounds for information leading to the conviction of the perpetrators, ot the recent outrage at the London Bridge. The authorities at Dover have seized two hundred weight of dynamite which arrived there yesterday, on board a vessel from the Continent. The Board of Directors of the Consolidated Telephone Company have been authorised to sue Sir Julius Vogel, in consequence of the recent report of the investigation Committee. Received December 20, 1 a.m. London, December 19. The Eight Hon. and Most Rer. Lord Pluuket, Bishop of Meatb, has been appointed the Arch-Bishopric of Dublin vacant by the resignation of Dr Trench. Bombay, Dec. 19 The Marquis of Ripon arrived here to-day, en route to England. His Excellency was accorded a splendid farewell reception, and numerous addresses were presented. Pabis, December 19. The cholera has again appeared in this city.
