Another one, however, is now being arranged. Intelligence has reached here that the German Flag has been hoisted and a protectorate establised over the northern portion of New Guinea and the islands of New Britain. New Ireland, New Hanover, and the .\dmiralty Group. Received December 20, 1 a.m. Sydney, December 19. The small-pox patients are improving in health. No fresh cases have been reported.
