(EEUTEH9 TELEGBAMB.) London, December 9. The special jury to-day passed sentence of death on Captain Dudley and the mate Stephens of the yacht Mignonette, for the murder of the boy Parker. Received December 11, 1.5 a.m. London, December 10. Captain Dudley and the mate, Stevens, of the yacht Mignonette, who were sen* tenced to death, have been respited.
