♦ [bf.UTER'S TELEGRAMB.J Sydnet, November 17. Another case of small -pes has occurred at Woolloomooloo. Twelve persons have consequently been quarantined. E-eceived November 18, 8.55 a>m. Melbourne, November 16. The cricket match between the English team, and the Eleven of Victoria was resumed to-day, when the home team with five wickets down for 118, concluded their first innings, which closed for 146. The principal scorers to-day were F. Walters 32, and Smith 18. The visitors then went in lor their sec >nd innings, and at tbe close of the day's play had lost eight w'ukets for 130 runs. Shrewsbury b 26, IJ yett 21. and Barnes not out 27. Owing to the recent rains the wicket was heavy, and much cut up during the day.
