English Cricketers
[eeutees telegrams.] Received November 15, 0.55 a,m. Melboubne, November 14. The cricket match between the English foam and eleven of Victoria was com menced to-day. The visitors went in first, and at the close of the day's play had lost six wiakets for 16S. Shrewsbury, bowled, 80 ; Barns, not out, 60 ; and Briggs, not out. 8. Tho home fielding was rather weak, and owing to the rain the wicket was rathor bumpy.
