*» The adjourr.ed meeting of the creditors* in the estate of Mr Kreeman R. Jackson w«s held on Thursday at the office of Mr Notman, deputy official assignee. Present — Messrs Fitzherbt'rt, Babbage (Bank of Austral asia), J. W. Jackao i (Herald. Company),, and Mills (Murray, Roberts, and 6a.) The debtor and his solicitor, Mr Harnicoat, were also present. Mr 7 Notman occupied the chuir. The furniture was- unanimously voted back to Mr Jackson, and the business of * the arijounied meeting was concluded. The * uieetine; then pMceed«d to. consider the debtor's application for his discharge. On the motion of Mr -Babbage, seconded by Mr Fiteherbert, - the creditors decided to assent to th<- : debtor's application for discharge, - notwithntan.iing the continuance of :»her, bankruptcy, and recommende.i that the discharge be granted.
