Mr Filzherbert moved the House into Cornrivttee on the Gaining and Lotteries 1881 Amendment Bill. Mr Fulton moved as an amendment. Tbat in* bill be committed that day «tx months. The. amendment was canned, on 8 division, br 29 to 26. The Police Offence* Bill was further considered in committee. On clause 13, the : enalty for trading, &c, a Ion? discussion ensued, the clause ereotuallj being struck out. The House adjourned 1.10 a.m.
