It is possible that an agency for tbe purchase of reeled silk will be established here. Wanganui, This Day. Mr Joseph Paul, the wellknown draper, was sued for a breach of the Stamp Aot to-day. The evidence showed he had given a statement of monthly accounts and credited payments made. Mr Ward, R.M., did not consider hat a receipt, and dismissed the information.
