The conference of sanitary authorities now holding its sitting here passed a resolution expressing agreement with the principal of compulsory vaccination. Receiyed September 25, 12.45 p.m. Sydney, This Day. The Colonial Treasurer has submitted to Parliament his estimates of loan and expenditure, which amount to fourteen and|a quarter millions sterling. The Government railway scheme is included in the estimates. It is proposed to construct twenty new lines of railway.
