The N.Z.L.'A M.A. Company report, under date, September llth, as follows—

Dunedin.— la our last, we mentioned that the worts at Burnside were busy preparing a cargo for the s.g. Tongariro. This steamer ..has since departed with 9067 carcases mutton, and the works are bow preparing a Bhipment for the s.s. Florida, which, is expected to take 6000 carcases. , Chriitchurch. — Notwithstanding continued unfavorable advices from London regarding the market for our prime mut« ton, shipments have been well maintained. The following steamers have cleared from Lyttelton during the month, carrying the number of carcases of mutton specified : —lonic, 3795 ; Tongariro, 3478 ; Florida, 4003.

Oamara. — The s.s. Elderslie, chartered to carry direct shipments of frozen meat from this port to London, arrived here on the 25th of August, and commenced at j one* to load her cargo, which is expected ta -.consist .of about 25,000 carcases of tautton. It is anticipated that she will sail about the end of. the month. ' Wellington. — By the s.s. lonic, which •sailed from this port on the 6th instant, direct for London, 5,802 carcases of mutton, and 480 'pieces of beef were shipped. mmm ~^
