The final arrangements have been concluded for the sculling match between Hanlan and Clifford, to take place in February next, the stakes "to be LSOO a-side. Kelly has now, on behalf of Beach, stated that the latter would not now agree to row the proposed match with Hanlan in May next, but would row the winner of the February match.
