Temperance Demonstration in Dunedin
(PER UNITED PBEBB ASSOCIATION.) Dvnkdin, August 30. Last night's temperance demonstration was the greatest gathering ever held in ltanedin. The Garrison Hall was packed to the doors, there being, over 2000. inside and fully 1000 unable to gain admittance; Mr Glover stated he will ■dpi his best to induce General Booth to visit the colony, and thought it probable that Sir Wilfred Lawson or Canon Wilborfprce could be induced to visit the colonies.
