The Dai'y Telegraph publishes a telegram trom Suakim. stating that the garrison of friendly Arabs at Azig. a town on the coast to the south of Suakim, hare been massacred by the rebels. The telegram further states that fully 17,000 rebels now surround Suakim, and an attack on that town is believed to be imminent. Beceired July 31, 1.50 a.m. Caibo, July 29. The rumor regarding the death of the rebel chief Osman Digna, which was circulated here yesterday, has been officially danied.
