Sudden Death

[PKB UNITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION] Auckland, This Day. Barton-Ireland, -member of the great firm of tannerß,-Treland Bros . was seized with a fit of coughing at 1 o'clock this morning, and broke a blood vessel. He died an hour later. It is stated that, Dr Philson, Coroner, intends to hold a post mortem examination on the body of Barton Ireland, to ascertain the cause of his death. It is believed that death 'was caused by over-excitement and over-exertion in respect of the elections.
