Received July 22, 0.52 a.m. Melbourne, July 21. Arrived, this afternoon, tbe P. and O. steamship Peshawur, with the inward Brindisi mails, dated Lonbon, June 13. Melbourne, July 19. The Victorian Racing Club's winter meeting look place to-day. The Grand National Steeplechase was. won by Chippenham, with Friendless .second, Moonlight third. Twelve horses started. Time, 7 mm. For the Grand National Hurdle Race nine horses started. Don Quixote won, with Sundowner second, and Ringwood third. Time, 5m 435.
