Monkton and Mrs Alice Lynch for making a false declaration uuder the Marriage Act. Auckland, This Day. Si.- George Grey has declined to stand for Egmont. He has sent a telegram to the effect that as he is not to be opposed as leader of the party for Auckland City East, he will not counteaanco an opponent to Major Atkinson.
