In the Legislative Council yesterday the Speaker announced that his Excellency would be pleased to receive the Address in Reply at 3 o'clock. Several eiders ot L the day appearing on -the day's Order paper were discharged. The sitting was then suspended, to -enable the Speaker te wait on his Excellency-. 'Ifef Council resumed at 3.10 o'clock, when the Speaker, announced that bis Excellency had ' been pleased to receive the Address in Re-piy.
