beutkb's tklegeams. Received June Li, 0 50 a.m. Adelaide, June 13. Arrived, this afternoon, the Messagerie< Maralime's steamship Sydney, from Marseilles, May 7th. The Ministry resigned office to-day. Mr Colton was sent for by His Excellency the Governor and charged with the formation of a new Ministry. It is probable the portfolios will (be allotted as follows : — Premier and Chief Secretary, Colton ; Colonial Treasurer, Hawker ; AttorneyGeneral, Symmon ; Public Works, Baker or Murray.
Melboubne, June 13. Mr Service, Premier, will, next week, move iv the Legislative Assembly the resolutions of the Sydney Convention, which are to be submitted to the House in accordance with the announcement made in the Governor's speech. Adelaide, June 13. In the Hoase of Assembly last night the vote of want of confidence in the Ministry, proposed by Mr Colton, was passed ou a division by 24 to 18. Mr Bray, Premier, is expected to tender the resignation of the Ministry to the Govcraor, and it is probable that Mr Colton will bo summoned to undertake the task of forming a new Cabinet.
