It is understood that some disclosures will shortly be made in connection with the robbery which took place at the branch of tho London and Chartered Bank at Horsham on 2nd March last. The Victorian Parliament has been opened to-day. The Federal Counoil Bill will take precedence of all other business, but otherwise it is believed the programme for the session is unimportant. The Secretary of Lands has introduced in the Legislative Assembly a Bill providing for leasing Crown lands, and the abolition of the present practice.
