Eeceived April 3, 0.55 a.m. Melboubne, April 2. A service of welcome to Dr Barry was held in the South Yarra Episcopalian Church this evening. A large number of clergy of the Melbourne Diocese were present. Sydney, April 2. The prisoner Williams, who was sentenced to death for the Woolloomooloo murder, has had the death penalty commuted to penal servitude for life, and will receive three floggings.
