Telegrams from Cannes announce that the Prince ef Wales has started for England with the body of the late Duke of Albany. - - The official bulletin of H.E.H. the Duke of Albany's death attributes it to apoplexy. The Pall Mall Gazette doubts whether the Australian Governments seriously threaten such a step as to exclude 1 reuch ships from Australian ports. Her Majesty the, Queen and the Duchess of Albany are recovering from the shock occasioned by the sudden death of the Duke of Albany. The funeral is announced to take place on Saturday. New Yoke, April 1. The recent rioting at Cincinnati has ceased, and order has been restored in that city.
