Tbe attendance was very good and the weather was all that could be desired. The following are the results :— Handicap Hurdles — Scrutineer, 1 ; Ahflitioa, 2; Messenger (late Busbrat), 3. Hack Hurdles.— Campion's Volunteer, 1; Hema te Ao's Touch-and-Go 2. Five others started. : Maiden Plate.— Tairaa's (late Scott*) Lady Artiit, 1 ; Horn* te Ao's Kautire, 2; P«rawanui.3. Foxton £. C. Handicap.— Scott's Ahua, 7st4Jb, (Scott junr.) 1; Campion's Laurel, Tit (Trask), 2; T. Better's Kimakai, 6st 71b, 3.
