[ INDIGNATION MEEOJNG AT ! WOODVILLE. [PEB UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Woodvulb, This Day. The Government is practically stopping ' the prosecution of the surreys of the Woodville, Napier, and Woodville-Mas-terton lines. Mr Holmes, in cbaige of the former, has been ordered to Taranaki and work here has ceased. Dan Ross, in charge of the 40 mile bush party bas also been ordered thither, it is understood with a view to the prosecution of the survey of the line between New Plymouth and Auckland. Steps are being taken here to hold an indignation meeting.
