Sutton (ex-Minister) are vacant by reason of informality in regard to proclamation. Their election committee has still under consideration the question of the validity of the election of Hon H. E. Cohen ( M mister Justice). Melbourne, This Day. Arrived, last evening, Manapouri, from the Bluff. • Ford has been appointed third member of Railway Board.
