(bkuteb's thlkobaxs.) Stdnbt. December 6. It ii confidently expected that the labors of the Conrenlion will be attended with unqualified luccest. It is probable the session will cl«se on Friday next. Received Dec. 6, 1 a.m. Sydney. Dec. 5. At a meeting of the Conference to-day the Draft Imperial Bill for deferring the constitution and functions of the proposed Australasian Federal Council under consideration, and occupied the whole after* noon. The first seven clauses of the Bill was disposed of, and the meeting adjourned.
