EEUTEE'S TELEGBAMS. Calcutta, Nov. 17. The Victorian and New South Wales commissioners for the approaching international exhibition have arrived here. The colonial courts are progressing very favourably, and will, it is expected, be complete when the building is opened. London, November 16. The French and German Press are now engaged in renewed bickering, the latter assuming a menacing and aggressive tone. The Orient steamship Garonne, witb a cargo of 3650 frozen sheep on board, arrived at Plymouth yesterday. Hong Kong, November 17. News has been received here that a Volunteer force of 20,000 men is being raised in China, in view of the prospect of war. Much uneasiness is felt in consequence by foreigners resident in Chine.se territory.
