The McGregor Case.
The groat M cGregor property case has been sit last settled. Miss Boyd is to have Royston House and its contents, valued at £2,500, and £2,000 in addition. These and some other claims she has already received, bring her share in the the estate to £B/)0O. Mr John McGregor will retain the Cherry Bank estate, worth £7,000 nett, and the siock on it, valued at £1,000. Out of this he has to pay Mr Daniel McGregor £1,500, and certain claiais in property to the other half brother, M r A. J, M cGrcgor. Mis» Boyd lias to pay very "Heavy legal expenses, having paid £1,000 to her solicitor Mr Trarers on account before coming to Wanganui to conduct the case, and £1,000 to the Government for succession duty.
