Large numbers of people are pouring into town from the surrounding country. The show is considered equal to that of last year, which was the best ever -held m tbe district. 531 exhibits— horses #4, cattle 89, sheep 232, pigs 5, poultry 167 dogs 14, agricultural implements 15, - buggies 14, butter 19, cheese 3, baoon 9, leather 1, wool 1, preserved meat % oata 2, bops 1, tabacco and woollen goods 2.
