The Times considers that the high- j handed action of Mr Service with respect to the Irish informers has increased the j difficulty of punishing crime in Ireland.' A body of Roumanian soliders seized an Austrian barracks on the frontier. The Austrians however, re-captured the position after taking sixty prisoners. The Times states that Sir H. B. W.
