CORRESPONDENCE.

Feilding Sports. TO THB KDITOB OF THE BTJLB. Sib, — Is it not time that our Sports Committee were bestirring themselves to take the necessary steps for holding the annual meeting and arranging for our usual gathering on Boxing Day. I see that Palmerston is already in the field with the programme of their races to be held on the same day. Notwithstanding the counter attraction, we are all aware that our sports last year were the most successful yet held. This was no doubt attributable in a great measure to early publicity and letting our annual sports be heard of some considerable time before the day of our meeting.— l am, &c, Spobt.
