Fire at Wellington.
! ! u PBB UNITED PSBSS ASSOCIATION. J Wklmngtox, This Day. A fire, early this morning, destroyed the premises occupied by Messrs Phillips . and Pollard, photographers. The fire . ' appeared in the first instance in, a room ■ over the operaliug room, and had good • hold when observed by a passer by. The I premises, which were owued by Mr Toonmth, vrere completely gutted and the stock destroyed. The building was insured for £350 in the New Zealand, and the stock for £200 in. the Scottish Imperial. Nothing is knowu as to the origin of the fire.
