He left the hotel yesterday morning with the intention of transacting business in the city. He called at an oyster saloon, and at aa hotel in town but no further trace of him can be found. The police are making inquiries. Latib. Jamieson, of the Masonic Hotel, turned up safe last night, having been on a visit to the Terawhiti Gold Fields.
