Grey, Bill to provide for General Assembly to consist of the Governor and i Representatives, Bill for Affirmation in i lieu of Oaths, Bill to further secure, the | privileges of members : Mr Macandrew, I notice for returns of provincial revenue j and expenditure. The New Zealand ! University Act Amendment Ait was read | a first (inie. The House adjourned at 3 ! o'clock.

A number of Bills were introduced and read for the first limp. The House at 3.40 p.m. adjourned to Tuesday.
