The Longhurst Case
[PEE UNITED SEEBS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. Mr Dwan, chairman of the public meeting which petitioned the Governor for Longhurst's release, has received a reply that as no new facts were disclosed the Government see no reason to interfere with the sentence.
