The Imperial family were accorded an enthusiastic welcome by the populace. New York, May 16. Official reports of the cyclone which passed over the States of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illnois give the number of deaths as sixty-three. Tynaru, who is now in this city, and who is alleged to be implicated in the Phoenix Park and other murders committed by the Dublin ''Inner Circle," has offered to surrender himself, if required, to the British authorities. London, May 20. Owing to a heavy failure by a jobber on the Stock Exchange, a semi-panic has been created, and Home stocks are affected. The Amsterdam Exhibition is still in a very incomplete state, and several of the courts are not yet ready. The attendance of the public is declining.
