The Catapult Nuisance.

THB EDITOB OF THE FEIIVDING STAB. Sib, — It is evident that the above nuisance, so much complained of lately, and for which two boys have already been brought to justice and punished, might easily to a great .xtent be prevented. I would respectfully suggest that the persons, whoever they may "be, who supply the boys with the materials fog making these silly and dangerous instruments, be kindly requested by some one in authority, not to deal out any more of the elastics to children at any rate without enquiring for what purpose they are required. By so doing they would lend important aid to the police, and citizens too, who are earnestly doing what they can for tho abatement of this evil.— l am, &t\, Caution.
