Respondent had heen convicted in Auckland of bigamy. In the case of Fred Godfrey v. Alargaret Godfrey and samuel Webbe, tne evidence of adultery was given, and His Honor said on the marriage beinc proved he would grant a decree nisi. In the case of Ann McMinn v. W. McMinn, His Honor made the discovery that a copy of the petition had not been filed with the Attorney-General.
