An advertisement appears elsewhere from the Town Clerk of Napier, calling attention to the Napier Corporation Endowment Reserve of 2000 acres, situated near the rising; township of Woodville, and which they now offer to lease for a term of 20 years. The terms we consider very advantageous, especially to any person who wishes to invest in a saw-mill. The highest tender is to be the amount of rental for the first five years, £30 for the second five, increasing at the rate of £30 per five years for the balance of the lease.. Tenders are to be in by noon of Monday the 14th inst. ' • '
