• o Mr Crosse, dentist, will risit Feilding on May 9th. Halcombe and Sherwill will hold a sale of stock, at Feilding, on Thursday next. There will be Mass at the Catholic Church, on Thursday next, at 8 o'clock. ' James Hugli thanks the public of Feilding for past favors. His business is now closed. Tenders are invited elsewhere for erecting additions to the school master's resi- : dence, at Halcombe. The proposals under the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, in the Kiwitea Riding, have been unanimously adopted. Two adverlisements in connection with the bankruptcy of John Stephen Reid appear in another column. We draw the attention of our readers to several advertisements from the Clerk to the Licensing Committee. The Latest Novelty in Ladies' Cloaks is the Four in Hand.
