Mr Hugli's Departure.

— ♦ In to-day's issue Mr Hugli publishes his valedictory address to the public of Feilding and its suburbs. Mr Hugli will leave by the Jane Douglas for Wellington en route for Europe to-morrow. He carries with him the good wishes of every member of the community, and he will always be remembered with pleasure as a useful member of society and a credit to the Borough On all occasions where Mr Hugli could assist any useful or charitable object his efforts have invariably been characterised by tact and good feeling which have largely assisted towards the desired end. We are glad to know that his commercial affairs have proved very satisfactory, and that the profits of his venture in the Borough of Feilding have been considerable. It is not improbable that he will return to this Colony again, and we can assure him if he does, and makes Feilding his home, he will receive a hearty welcome.
