The Bishop of Nelson on the Salvation Army.
[PEE UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Nelson, This Day. Allusion was made by the Bishop of Nelson, in his sermon preached at St. Peter's Church, last evening, to the approaching visit of a detachment of the " Salvation Army." The Bishop claimed that at least the visilors and the movement might be treated with respect. He disliked much that they said and did, but felt bound to admit that they were doing good in quarters where it had appeared almost impossible to do any.
