ROADS AND BRIDGES CONSTRU CTION ACT.
'♦ We would remind those persons resident in the County, who are interested in the expenditure of the money applied for by the County Council, for the construction of roads and bridges under the above Act, that the polling of the ratepayers .. will take place as follows :— For the Manchester riding, the polling will be held on Wednesday, the 16th inst.yat Feilding, Halcombe, and Ashurst ;- & for - the Kiwitea riding on Saturday, the 28th inst., at the residence of Mr Packman, Cheltenham, The hours for polling at each place are from 9 in the forenoon to 6in the afternoon. The places for the polling at the three first-mentioned town- "^ ships were to have been publicly notified*- - but as yet we have not received any information on that point. ■ > *-"■-'
