The Manchester Rifles will parade on the 21st Instant. Mr J. C. Thompson invites his enstomers to see his grand art gallery. The annual meeting of the Manchester Football Club, will be held this evening. The balance-sheet of the Feilding Borough Council will be found in another column. Alexander Laird, Seedsman, &c, of Wanganui, has received a large shipment of seeds. James Laird, Nurseryman, of Wanganui has 2000 bushels of Canterbury Ryegrass seed from old pastures, for sale. Bentley Bros., I he Square, Palmerston, have some cheap lines in drapery and clothing. # ! The business notice of Mr Willis, Bookseller and Stationer, appears in another column. A new advertisement from Mr Bush, draper, of Wanganui, will appear in our next issue. The works proposed to be done in the Halcombe district, under the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, are published on the fourth page.
