O'Leary, aged 14, was sentenced to three months, then to be detained at the Industrial School till he was 15. Fitzsimmons, 12, sent to the Industrial School till he is 15. Adamson,'aged 10, was discharged. O'Leary comes from Napier, where he served two sentences, including 8 whipping for larceny, and was acquitted on a charge of horse stealing.
