THE CHEESE AND BUTTER FACTORY.

I At a meeting of the committee of the proposed Dairy Factory, held on Saturday night last, the following gentlemen were appointed a sub-committee, for the i purpose of issuing circulars to all persons who are likely to take shares in the company, asking such persons how many shares they will take, and what quantity of milk they would undertake to Supply : — Messrs Macarthur, Sherwill, Bryce and Monrad. The circular will further state fully for the benefit of those to whom they are sent, all the particulars that can be given, viz., the capital of the company, number of shares, &c. Upou replies being received a public meeting will be called. The sub-committee meet to-morrow, at Halcombe and SherwilTs office, at 6 p.m., to draw up the circular.
