She wai: still fast last night, but it is expected she would float off this morning. The Conference it an iron vessel, of 400 tons,, and has on tfbard 601 tons of cargo. The hull, cargo and freight are insured in the Union Office for £4000. ' Later. , The barque Conference has floated oft and is now being towed up the harbor.
