o Stevens and Gorton will hold a sale of stock at Awahuri on Friday next. , There will be a parade of the volunteers to-night, at 6.30. Mr Hamilton, draper, has removed to Gfrimes's old store, Manchester-street. Mr J. C. Thompson's altered advertisement appears elsewhere. 'I he Rer. Mr Allsworih will preach in the Presbyterian Church to-morrow. Mr Svendsen is selling some first-class boots and shoes, very cheap, at his new shop, next to the Tempprauce Hotel.
