MANCHESTER LICENSING COMMITTEE.
♦_ Thursday, Bth February. The first meeting of the Manchester Licensiug Committee was held at the Town Board office, Halcombe. Present, Messrs Lash. Riley, and Purkiss. On the motion of Mr Lash, seconded by Mr Riley, -Mr Purkiss was elected chairman. The meeting then adjourned.
