The ship which foundered in the Bay of Biscay, with the loss of 32 lives, during the late gales is the Ken mure Castle, about 1300 tons, owned by T. Skinner and Co., of London, and traded between Antwerp and Odessa. It has transpired that the Lord Mayor j has refused to organise an Irish relief fund owing to the manner in which the city corporation was abused by certain I speakers at a public meeting held in London on the 30th ultimo to discuss the question of Irish relief.
