MR LINTON'S LAND SALE.
We call the attention of our readers to the advertisement which appears in another column of Mr Linton's land sale, "which will take place on Saturday next, the 20th inst., at his sale rooms, Palmerston. The land is situated on the Bunny•ihyrpc Road, and consists of some of the best sections in the district. It is subdivided into allotments varying from 41 acres to 107 acres, and the terms of sale are so liberal that they will meet tlie ■views of purchasers in every way. 'I he road to the sections is good and the adjoining sections are already occupied with good and prosperous settlers. The land is well watered and timbered. Mr .Linton will offer on the same day a section of land situated in the Manchester Block (No 66), containing 42 acres partly improved. This is most valuable land, ' .and will be keenly competed for. We anticipate that Mr Linton's land sale will he a most successful one.
